DMC reviews engineering designs and orders title research on parcels affected by the project. We meet with affected property owners to discuss the project and the effect on their property. This includes preparation of ROW or easement exhibits and legal descriptions for the acquisition. DMC orders appraisals for ROW or easements to be acquired and, if requested, negotiates acquisitions with property owners. DMC prepares contract documents for the acquisitions using applicable, standard forms.
