Oxbow Crossing & River Landing
Montrose’s premier shopping districts, River Landing and Oxbow Crossing, located in South Montrose on Highway 550 includes local businesses, restaurants, and retail chains Target, JCPenny, Ross, Marshalls, Natural Grocers, Petco, and Joann. Along with the topographic, boundary, and aerial surveying of the site, maps for annexation and zoning and subdivision plats were created.

Connect Initiative Recreational Trail Design
This project entailed the design of approximately 2.25 miles of 10’ wide hard-surfaced recreation trails in two reaches. The northern reach commenced at the City’s existing West Main trailhead and continued north along the Uncompahgre River with an underpass crossing beneath the West Main bridge (Hwy 90) to connect to the Montrose Urban Renewal Authority (MURA) project.

Columbine Middle School
For the new 75,000 sq ft middle school, Del-Mont provided surveying, civil engineering, utilities design, drainage design and calculations, site planning, and construction staking. Additionally, a Land Exchange Plat was done for the school district and City.

Olathe High School Drainage Improvement Phase 1
The Olathe High School property has been plagued by drainage issues between the school buildings and the football field. A retaining wall system and storm drainage network was designed to solve the drainage issues and beautify the grounds behind the school, creating an enjoyable space for students, faculty, and visitors.

Montrose Airport Outdoor Baggage Claim
Topographic survey and civil design for a three (3) bay outdoor baggage claim facility and existing stormwater drainage problem at the north end of the existing terminal building. While collecting topographic survey data, Del-Mont’s surveyors discovered an existing, forgotten underground stormwater pipe under the project site.

Blue Lake and Lewis Lake Bathymetric Survey
The Blue Lake and Lewis Lake surveys included topographic surveying of the surface, photogrammetry, and bathymetric surveys of Blue Lake and Lewis Lake to collect data to determine total storage volume, useable volume, and dead pool volume of each lake.
