Topographic survey and civil design for a three (3) bay outdoor baggage claim facility and existing stormwater drainage problem at the north end of the existing terminal building. While collecting topographic survey data, Del-Mont’s surveyors discovered an existing, forgotten underground stormwater pipe under the project site. The discovery of the stormwater pipe was a design and construction cost savings for the project since it eliminated the need to install a new stormwater conveyance in the existing asphalt drive.
